POMRACO is a global food supplier from Belgium specialized in potato products (french fries), vegetables, fruits, edible oils and chicken cuts. We are exporting to +50 countries today.

Our clients are importers, distributors, retailers and food factories.

Initially POMRACO started with Belgian products but today we are expanding to global sourcing.

The brands POMRACO and BEL'CHEF are being distributed by renowned distributors. 

It is our target to position our clients well in their local market with competitive prices. We bring value and try to enhance fast rotation of stocks, alongwith a nice margin for our customers.

Logistics and back-office manager

You take care of the full after-sales flow from A to Z once an order is confirmed. You are the central contact person for all administration such as:

• creating proforma
• organizing transportation
• making appointments with clients
• follow up on payments
• providing general information/be available to the client
• receiving and treating documents
• you are the assistant to the owner of the company

What are we looking for? 

• minimum bachelor or master or an individual with experience in the field
• part time or full time 
• profound language knowledge: Dutch-French-English. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
• pro-active and punctual person
• flexible and hands-on
